authorized distributors because they have patents to
defunct pools and a relationship with a defunct company.

The answer to
those individuals claiming to be patent owners
and distributors of Legacy Pools
The individuals representing themselves as :
Are Charlie Pribus and Jason Rho.
These individuals are not representatives of or
authorized dealers of the Legacy Pool Factories
in Korea. We are the only company
with current and active orders with the Legacy
Pool Company In Korea.
Jason Rho at one time was employed by Portable
Pools Incorporated, (now defunct, driven into
insolvency). When he left the insolvent company,
he sued the Legacy Pools Korea over patent
rights and lost.
Charlie Pribus insinuated himself with the owner
of Legacy Pools USA and three years ago ordered
a supply of pools, through Jason Rho (before he
left the company to sell cars) which he is now
selling as new and warranted. Warranted by PPI
a now defunct company.
Normally we do not address such issues, except when we are forced to
by irresponsible and untrue allegations by other
entities.
We want you to enjoy your Legacy for years to come.

The Patent Truth
 
As you can see the only patent they have
left was for an old 48in
round portable pool by the name of PIC pool. The
patent dated 2003 and the last of these pools
were made in 2005. This is NOT the patent for
Legacy Pools
When you compare it to a
Legacy Pool, you can see there is no comparison

I have a new web-site pools competitor with you in USA.
I already checked this site about all of menu today.
I am sure that this site was made of Mr. Jason Rho and
Charlie on January 16 this year.
I think you do know those two men well.
As you know, we don't supply any pools to them now and
in the future.

used in United States Interstate commerce
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Rights
include preventing any other entity from copying
its material and any divertive works based on
the trademark material. Subject to 50,000 dollar
per occurrence sanctions. Remuneration rights
are based on a fee schedule of 25,000
annual fee.
