Is My Legacy Pool a Warranty Authorized Pool?

The Legacy II has been released, and while it is hard to improve on perfection we believe we have.  The Original Legacy is available  for a limited time. We ask that use caution when purchasing Legacy Pools as some of our product has been diverted from our stocks. The diverted pools were meant to be sent back to the factory for re-grind but they were diverted through auctions are are being sold  through various sources. These pools are not sold via authorized dealers and are NOT covered by warranty. Here are some ways you can ensure you get an genuine Legacy or Pools

• All Legacy II Pools are genuine and are in brown boxes, if you  have this pool all is well

• The Legacy Pools come in white boxes with our Logo and and company information.  The best way to ensure that you have a Warranted Legacy Pool is to make sure you buy it from an authorized dealer. Follow these steps.

1. Check our dealer list. Most of our dealers are not currently listed on this dealer list, but the ones who are are authorized dealers. (If you are a dealer and want to be placed on the list please e-mail us a request

2. Check out who is selling the pool. Most likely if your buying a pool from a donut shop, out of a garage or from a individual, these are not our warranted pools. (There are some exceptions)

3. Call us to verify that your dealer is one of our dealers at 1-949-466-7511. This process will take some time as we have to check our records

4. Check to see if you received instructions with the pool. This is not a perfect tell, as some of our warranted pools may ship without instructions, but if you received instructions all is well.
